This aircraft represents the decisive upgrade the U.S. Navy needed to counter the Japanese Zero—heavily armed, long-ranged, and built for pilot survivability with armor plating and self-sealing fuel tanks. “Minsi III” honors the legacy of ace pilot David McCampbell, the Navy’s top WWII scorer. Rendered in archival clarity, this print pays tribute to the Hellcat’s role in securing air superiority in the Pacific Theater
