Rattlers last Hornet Show
McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet
By Timothy Paul Smith Photography
Print Description:
This aviation print commemorates the final public performance of VFA-204 “River Rattlers,” featuring CO CDR. Borya “Borat” Celentano in the F/A-18C Hornet “River One.” Captured during a dramatic high-speed pass on Sunday at the New Orleans Airshow, this image showcases the top-side profile of the Hornet in full afterburner — a display of raw thrust, precision, and legacy. A tribute to the squadron’s enduring spirit and the power of naval aviation.
